J. Matthew Snow - Partner
PRACTICE FOCUS: Natural resources and public lands law with emphasis on acquisition, exploration, permitting and production of oil, gas, and mining properties. Matt has extensive experience with title examination of private, Federal, State and Indian Lands in Utah, Wyoming, Montana and North Dakota, as well as the preparation of drilling, lease acquisition, division order and financing opinions. He also assists clients with transactional agreements and real property related instruments, including title related curative documents. Matt also represents clients in administrative matters before the Utah Board of Oil, Gas and Mining, the Interior Board of Land Appeals, Mineral Management Service, county-level boards, commissions and councils. In his free time enjoys spending time with his wife and son, backcountry skiing and mountain biking.
