Stephanie Barber-Renteria – Partner

PRACTICE FOCUS: Stephanie’s practice focuses on natural resources and public lands law with an emphasis on the exploration, permitting and production of oil and gas.  She conducts title examinations and prepares drilling, lease acquisition, and division order opinions for fee, federal, Indian, and state lands.  She also has experience in administrative hearings and appeals and natural resources litigation.  Stephanie also assists clients with drafting and negotiating transactional agreements and real property related instruments.
