Lear & Lear attorneys are licensed in Utah, Colorado and Wyoming, The United States Supreme Court, Courts of Appeals for the Ninth and Tenth Circuit, District Courts for the Districts of Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, and the District of Columbia, and Court of Federal Claims, and before courts of the Northern Ute Tribe of the Uintah & Ouray Reservation. Lear & Lear opened its offices in December 2001. It’s founders and members have a combined 100 years experience in their practice areas.
