Kristin provides legal guidance to clients in the exploration, permitting and production of oil and gas. Kristin’s practice primarily focuses on conducting complex mineral title examinations and preparing division order opinions for fee, federal, and state lands in the Permian Basin. 


Kristin advises independent oil and gas producers, working primarily with their land departments in matters related to acquiring rights to explore, produce and transport oil and gas. Kristin has extensive experience in advising clients on the interpretation and application of joint operating agreements.  Kristin also has experience preparing financing and acquisition title opinions.
