Brett provides a variety of client services for oil and gas developers, including preparing title opinions and representing developers before administrative and regulatory agencies.

Brett has prepared hundreds of oil and gas title opinions and represents developers in hearings before the Utah Board of Oil Gas and Mining related to forced pooling hearings, spacing hearings, and other various requests before the Board.

In addition to his oil and gas work, Brett acts as local counsel for financing companies investing in utility scale solar projects located in Utah to aid them with state and local government regulations, real estate property issues, and identification any legal complications that could hinder the clients’ projects.
